- Assign daily tasks and manage workflow for team members.
- Enforce safety rules and OSHA guidelines on the job site.
- Monitor work quality to match blue prints and project plans.
- Track hours, materials, and equipment to keep costs low.
- Train new staff and coach workers to improve performance.
- Communicate progress updates to clients and managers.
- High school diploma or trade certification.
- 2 to 5+ years of direct construction and leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of building methods, codes, and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
