We are seeking a competent Crew Leader to lead and supervise the work of our team.

The Crew Leader’s responsibilities include assigning tasks to the team, training and mentoring staff, ensuring that the team is working to capacity, recommending performance improvements, and overseeing the safety of the crew and workplace.

Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent leadership abilities, has a solid background in a similar role, is able to motivate a team and is committed to safety and quality in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to crew members and ensure that they have the necessary tools and training to perform the jobs efficiently.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Monitor the performance of the crew and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed, and appropriate safety gear is worn at all times.
• Identify and resolve problems as they arise and escalate major issues to upper management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working condition.
• Prepare and present reports on crew performance and project progress to management.
• Implement policies and procedures that improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in the industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions.
• High school diploma; a degree in management or relevant field is a plus.
