Project Engineers/Project Managers : Designs and Prepares construction drawings which complies with all Engineering standards, Codes, and Specifications. Provides technical information to construction team to meet the goals of the project and desired quality.
› Four year Engineering degree or MS in Civil Engineering
› Minimum of One year of construction engineering or design experience
› Knowledge of construction standards, bulk material handling equipment, drawings and specifications, and building materials
› Excellent communications skills and ability to assume responsibility
› Experience in StaadPro and AutoCad preferred
Supervisors : Provides overall on-site administration including Planning, Co-ordination, and Supervision of Craft Employees and Trade Contractors; Ensures the project is constructed in a safe and organized manner; Ensures project is built in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and quality.
› Minimum of Ten years construction work experience with at least two years as craft supervision experience
› Thorough knowledge of construction practices, craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules, and safety
› Ability to read and understand blue prints and all construction documents and specifications
› Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential
Craft Workers : To do concrete work and build wood frame structures; performs semi skilled works under direct supervision.
› Minimum of 6 months recent construction work experience
› Ability to stand and move about for long periods of time
› Ability to lift 50lbs or more
› Ability to use power tools and/or construction equipments
